I'm Charlotte Chambers—mom, lawyer, and unhinged, escapist reading nut. I read 95 books in 2024, and boy did they run the gamut: from good to bad, the hardest science fiction to the hyper-realistic literary, the ‘buzziest’ books to the barely known. While I do have my favorite genres, I go out of my way to read as widely as I can. And as a result, I’m always casting about for new recommendations; in the last year, I noticed that the bookish side of social media isn't really delivering anymore.

I'll also be cataloguing my writing journey to breathe into life my upmarket, psychological thriller—WHAT THE BODY WANTS.

Perhaps least important, I'll occasionally throw in a snarky rant or two about whatever is happening in the zeitgeist.
